The SCRN exam spans 5 domains: Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology of Stroke (18.7% of the exam); Hyperacute Care (28% of the exam); Acute Care (28% of the exam); Post-acute Care (12.7% of the exam); Primary and Secondary Preventative Care (12.7% of the exam). Every practice question on this site is tagged to one of these domains.

The domains are not weighted equally on the exam. By share of the marks: Hyperacute Care 28%; Acute Care 28%; Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology of Stroke 18.7%; Post-acute Care 12.7%; Primary and Secondary Preventative Care 12.7%.
